I’m a mom, Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist (Pronatal Fitness), Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA). I’m here to help you be the version of yourself you’ve always hoped you would be.
I have always been into fitness as I played soccer my entire life and even in college. As a little girl, I dreamed of being Mia Hamm. After college, I fell in love with working out for myself, pushing myself, and learning about nutrition. I got certified to be a personal trainer over 7 years ago so I can share my passion and knowledge with the world.
After getting pregnant, I realized there was so much misinformation and lack of information out there about pregnancy fitness so I decided to get certified as a Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist to help other women safely and effectively workout through this magical journey.
I want to help you prove to yourself that you are capable of reaching your fitness goals and that you can do it all - be a mom, pursue health, and show up for your family.
Fun Facts:
I have four sisters (no brothers) and grew up in a family that was always into health and fitness.
My husband and I met in our 2nd grade class and grew up 5 minutes down the road from each other.
I have had knee surgery on both of my knees from my soccer days.
I love to bake, though I never follow a recipe as is. I mix it up and throw my own flare in everything I bake.
I view health and fitness from an eternal mindset - my body is a temple given to me by God to look after and care for.
